To ensure a reliable delivery service worldwide, we currently only offer DHL express services for all deliveries

Product Bundle shipping is Free to the United States and selected Countries.
Products are shipped via DHL Express from Melbourne, Australia. 

You will be provided with a tracking number once goods are shipped.
Please follow the process of your parcel via the DHL site.

All online orders are processed Monday – Friday excluding Public Holidays from Melbourne, Australia

Orders placed after 12pm local time will be received into the Warehouses the following business day.

We do our very best to process all orders within 3 business days, however during busy periods, this may take up to 5 business days.
